⏳ Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Include the original packaging and any included accessories.
• Include the order number or proof of purchase.
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior authorization or directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.

• If the issue was caused by our error or a defective product, we will cover return shipping costs.
For returns valued above $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
